In person training sessions with Heinzen Health & Fitness will promote consistency, build stronger client-trainer relationships, and create an environment of support where clients stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey.
The workouts are built and updated session-to-session. Our science backed approach optimizes the effectiveness of each workout to attain your goals in a timely fashion. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight or prevent recurring injury I will create a customized program to ensure you crush your goals.

Body Analysis
We track metrics that matter. Body fat percentage, lean mass percentage, muscle distribution, and postural analysis.
With each analysis you will see your muscle gains, fat loss, and how your body changes over time.

Everyone is unique, so everyone's workout should be unique just like them. Unlike other personal trainers who copy paste programs, we design programs for you as an individual to fit your lifestyle inside and outside of the gym.
With hands-on support and my mission to deliver results, we reject cookie-cutter programming and basic advice. Heinzen Health & Fitness will deliver custom programming that is progressed session-to-session and updated every 4 to 6 weeks to keep you moving forward toward living the life you deserve.
