Most personal trainers care more about how many "12 week transformation" cookie-cutter programs they can sell rather than your actual health and fitness. Our programs are designed for you on an individual level to fit your best life in the gym and in life. Whether it's picking up your grandkids, overcoming injury, or competing at the highest level, our programming will be the beginning of something bigger. 

Heinzen Health & Fitness crafts no-bullcrap, just-for-you programs that progress alongside you. The hardest thing about Heinzen Health & Fitness is showing up and doing the work! You can count on us to provide the knowledge and daily accountability to guarantee you're constantly getting better.  

STRATEGIC APPROACH TO TRAINING

OUR PROCESS

TRAINING BLOCKS

Your training, nutrition, and recovery is programmed in 5-8 week training blocks. Dependent on your goals, each block is built to improve overall fitness, strength, mobility, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. As you adapt and progress, your program will grow right alongside you. You and your goals are always changing throughout life. Your feedback on what you like and what you don't enables us to keep you progressing forward regardless of what life may throw your way. 

BUILDING YOUR BASE

Everyone who trains with Heinzen Health & Fitness will complete essential fitness assessments to determine where we are starting from. We must build a rock solid foundation prior to building a great structure. Additionally, we will draw up what a personal training session would be like with us based directly off your goals, likes, and dislikes. This provides you with an opportunity to get familiar with equipment, exercise modalities, and get another opportunity to give feedback prior to beginning your exercise program.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO "PROGRAMMING"

One-size-fits-all doesn't fit us. It shouldn't fit you either. Programs are typically built to burn as many calories or increase weights week-to-week. These are all forgetting the most crucial factor. YOU. 

These approaches can work. The truth is, in most cases, these programs lead to injury or dropout. Heinzen Health & Fitness takes the opposite approach. One based in achieving real results. No B.S., no short term shortcuts. Only a smarter, safer journey to achieving your goals and living the life you deserve. 

SHOW UP AND WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST

The last thing you want to do is stress over planning your workout. That's where we take over. When you get off work and walk in the gym, your personalized workout plan is ready for you on your phone through our training software. 

We are there every step of the way regardless if we are in person or online. Send videos of your exercise if you are questioning if you are doing it right. We will give you easy to implement form corrections with video and commentary. Any question of any sort can be sent through our training software and you will also have access to my personal cell. Call me whenever I don't care. I want you to get the best from this.
